No, I'm not an expert so I don't wana hype anyone up. But what I was getting at is the fact that Findley has/has been buying back in the open market. The last PR stating that HAON has allocated funds for 'two separate transactions,' is kind of like a hint hint *something big is planned for those two transactions*. But seeing as they've already bought shares, and the PPS is close to what it was before that PR, my only assumption for those 'transactions' are that he's terminating shares or something that can actually make a difference. Imagine this, Findley buys back shares + releases fins -> PPS increases a tad bit -> terminates x amount of shares -> PPS increases more than just a tad bit -> People jump on it -> PPS increases/decreases depending on day traders sentiment. -> Once he terminates more shares, PPS increases (again). Seeing as there are already preferred B shares w/ a much higher par value ($.014) that are capable of being converted to common shares. The value of Findley's 8M preferred shares that he sold are equivalent to common shares with a PPS of $.014. So to say, the buyback leads to the ABILITY to terminate shares, leads to smaller float (PPS increase), leads to the bandwagon jumpers, leads to an even bigger PPS increase, leads to converting high class with sub penny shit - he's cutting creatine with cocaine.
