Not sure, don't have that information readily at hand, but it was probably the directors at Croe prior to being acquired by the Crypto Company. The only 850k free trading Croe (CRCW) shares were already trading in the open market when TCC acquired CRCW. Then we also have Uptick Capital, a completely separate company who was a party to the Free Trading Share purchase.
As far as the cardboard cut out, I'm not sure what you mean but maybe it's because TCC recently got a new logo so maybe they're waiting on their new sign. As far as not opening the door, I probably wouldn't either being as busy as they are, or they could have been in their Germany office at the time.
