As outlined in the halt document, there were numerous reasons that could have caused the halt.
The main factor IMO is the small share structure that allowed for a $3-642 rise in a very short period of time.
That was likely the biggest reason as to why there was an investigation.
When there are any legal issues that are confirmed, then it could be posted here.
Otherwise, screaming fraud, is just an opinion.
There is no verification of wrong doing by the company, and as I stated above, the halt was likely related to the lack of liquidity in the SS which raised red flags.

Till there is a definitive charge against the company, they are innocent till proven guilty.
