Dear CSHD holders,

I have received sixteen emails since my posts last night, and I am responding to all of you simultaneously. First of all, I must deeply apologize to you for something that I said in my first post which is untrue. I stated that I know Mr. Harris personally, and that I own restricted shares. The truth is that I have a very close friend that does and was speaking for him, in a way, because I was very frustrated over the weekend with everything that is happening and wanted to give the strongest support to CSHD I could, for us shareholders. But now I am going to reveal more about myself and be extremely honest with you, to a T.

Until this morning I was the proud owner of 170,000 shares of CSHD at an average cost of 1.14. Today I have sold every share, and I am extremely, extremely upset. I have spoken with three people today: Dr. Thomas Mensah, Ben Stanley, and Roddy Boyd. I will give you all their personal cell phone numbers at the end of this message so that you can verify this information for yourself.

First, Dr. Mensah stated that CSHD and AISS have no deal whatsoever, and that he has waited one year for a payment of 50 million dollars, and CSHD has not paid anything. He stated that CSHD has no ownership or business interests in AISS or GA whatsoever. He stated that he has sent CSHD a letter this weekend stating that they must pay him a good faith deposit of 10 million dollars within five days, or he will call the SEC, and he will demand that they remove all AISS information from the CVSU website. Furthermore, Dr. Mensah stated that CVSU put the information on their website without his permission, that they do not have any deal, because he has not received a good faith deposit. There is no deal. Moreover, Dr. Mensah stated that he does have a contract with Lockheed Martin to work on the NASA spacecrafts!!!!! He also stated that since GA is a minority owned business they get 5 percent of all military and aerospace contracts by law. He stated that his business will become extremely profitable, and that he is currently selling shares in GA for 5 dollars each, and that they could be easily worth 100 dollars each in a year or more. He is trying to raise money to build 7 new plants, and is talking to a Wall Street investment bank about going public.

I don't see any names related to CSHD on this link. Furthermore, Dr. Mensah stated that he does not believe CSHD has any money. He does not believe they have the bonds they say they do. These are not his words exactly, but are basically what I was hearing from him.

I called Ben Stanley: cell 317-213-7700, to verify this information with him, concerning Dr. Mensah. Ben Stanley said that CSHD has other business opportunities, he said "look at our website", he said, Dr. Mensah doesn't know anything about business. This is not true and I believe it is misleading. I know a lot about business, and Dr. Mensah who is the CEO of GA and AISS explained the business structure, market cap, revenues, profits, expansion plans, and valuation very clearly to me. He also said that there is no deal. Now I sold today, because I am very concerned that CSHD has nothing. No bonds. No AISS. Dr. Mensah said "what does CSHD have, if they don't have me? I will sell you stock in GA directly?" Now, why would Ben Stanley, and CSHD, not pay the 10 million dollars by now, to secure the deal, if GA is going to be worth 20 times as much as they are now in one year or more? Furthermore, Ben Stanley said they don't need AISS, and have other business opportunities, but he said the only other business opportunities they have are on their website. He started acting evasive, was insulting towards Dr. Mensah, and hung up on me. Dr. Mensah also stated that he is not friends with Rufus Harris, or Ben Stanley, he says he knows them, and it is just business. Dr. Mensah said that Rufus and Ben are just using his business plan to raise money. He said everything on the CVSU website was copied from his own business plan, and that it is not CVSU’s information, and they do not have the right to have it. He also said that he rarely hears from Ben Stanely, unlike what Ben said, "I talk to the Dr. everyday." Dr. Mensah also said one more thing that was very disturbing. He said that he has the understanding that CVSU was raising money by selling stock!!!! He said that!!! He said he doesn’t want to talk about bonds, and doesn’t believe any of this talk about bonds.

Now I spoke with Roddy Boyd. He declared that he in fact spoke with Steven Canady on multiple occasions over the past two weeks, and has had multiple email correspondences with them. He gave me the number he used to talk with Canady, which is 404-418-5461. He stated, on his word and reputation, that Canady and the Foundation are backing out of the deal with CVSU because CVSU is involved in a SCAM. He said that the Foundation would not have anything to do with CVSU!!!

Dr. Mensah also has never had anything good to say about the members of CVSU. He doesn’t say anything bad, but he says that they are not good on the business end, and do not live up to what they say.

I have sold all my stock in CSHD. I am expecting news that will confirm that the AISS deal is over, and that the new bonds are no longer available to CVSU from the foundation. I also believe at this point that CSHD does not have the other bonds either, because I believe they would have paid Dr. Mensah at least 10 million to hold their position with AISS. I believe Dr. Mensah is ready to give the deal to someone else. This was also discussed in the conversation.

I am now going to call my friend, and find out specifically what is going on. I bought the stock because of what he said, and now I am very upset. I am going to call the SEC in 20 minutes.

I also spoke with someone, a confidential contact, who claims that their associate is basically, what is known as, an SEC bounty hunter. This is not Our-Street or any of these idiots on the IHUB board. This is a person that works for the SEC as some sort of subcontractor or something, and they receive 10 percent of the lawsuit or something of this nature as profits for bringing in Rufus Harris. This person has stated that this is in the works, as we speak.

This is giving you a head’s up! This is not advice whether to buy or sell. I ask you to verify all this information for yourself. I cannot give you Roddy Boyd’s personal cell phone number because I do not have his permission. But have spoken with him multiple times, and at length. I no longer believe he is a paid basher or a short. I believe he is telling the truth.

One more thing, Roddy Boyd is in the process of suing the person on Paltalk who broadcasted his phone call, because he said it was done without his permission and it is illegal. He knows who the person is, and is filing a lawsuit currently. Also, Dr. Mensah was broadcast on Paltalk also without his knowledge and permission. I do not know what Dr. Mensah is going to do about this……..

I have given you all my DD, as of this moment. Please keep in contact with me, and let me know anything new that you find out. I am very unhappy about not being a CSHD long anymore, and I feel like my dreams are shattered. I may also lose a friend over this. I don’t know if my friend has been lying to me or what the story is…….
