VNDM on the ask is being used a scare tactic. We've discussed this previously. I know this for a fact.

There is about 5-6.5 M shares left as part of the Chicago Ventures debt which has helped to get us M&A as well as pay for other things that help make their operations more efficient.

Been here since May 2015 so a lot of us will immediately throw out these dilution arguments as hyperbole.

Those shares will be gone in the next 4-6 weeks.

There is also a leak out clause of 15% of the weekly average volume or $10,000 whichever is greater.

Not a big deal at all.
