Might Tut just be hired by a company to post possible leaked info in hypothetical statements to a message board while not holding any position in the stock?

Is posting in hypotheticals a crime?

Tut may be in the clear. I have not analyzed all of this alias' postings, but what I have seen has been hypothetical statements.

Can anyone mention statements that haven't been hypothetical from him/her on the brink of breaking news?
