RONIN said he was here for Avid CDMO, not for R&D (needed to be monetized and he did NOT invest in PPHM for that).

So RONIN would not have sold out because PPHM was about to receive 8Mil$ and an about 100Mil$ extra milestone plan. That was just BONUS if he believe in MANUFACTURING.

Don't say that in my habits of always being wrong :) I didn't warn the board that I believed RONIN was not at all here for Avid Manufacturing.

Yet, at this point I think the chances are big that RONIN and ex BoD have been playing under one hat. Look how difficult it is/will be to follow what happens in Oncology Inc.

Oncology Inc has NO obligations to show whatever deals they make and only Avid/CDMO BoD can exercise some control to see if all due fees are are collected during commercialization. If they fail to do anything, we will not even now.

Of course NOBODY can hide the molecule in a clinical trial and Betabodies and bavituximab will surface sooner or later, as will exosomes.

BUT AGAIN, taking part in the profit from Company A is meaningless if Company A makes a BAD deal with Company B yielding few profits and let company B take all the profits because A and B are related.
