Agreed Cheynew, this deal stinks and I don't mean the terms. If this had gone to a reputable BP I would say "so be it". Let them fund the research and maybe down the line we get compensated through CDMO.

Oncologie doesn't have a staff except the consultant ceo, L Benjamin. How is the research getting funded? Who puts up the 8M?

I certainly would like to see Roth's fairness document.

I have no way of proving this but I have a gut feeling Eric Swartz cut a deal with Ken Dart of Eastern Capital. He funded Highland Therapeutics in Toronto which owns a subsidiary in the Cayman Is call Ironshore. The old crew didn't put up too much of a fight before leaving quietly.

Whatever deal was done was put together before SK left at the end of 2017.

This is worse than the Dios deal.
