Establishes a mandatory biometric exit data system at the 10 highest-volume U.S. international airports within 2 years, and within 6 years the program must be expanded to all the Core 30 international airports in the U.S. Also requires within 6 years the submission of a plan to expand this system to major land and sea entry and exit points
