please explain how this will get going?

a massive A/s and O/S (small float per OTCMarkets.com, but this will probably change soon as he is looking fro cash)

THe catalysts we were waiting for to lift this PPS couldn't even hold the bleeding back, a tiny uptick this passed fri., which was IMO purely technical, JOhn's tweets which used to move this stock, have become ineffective.

this seems to be headed downwards, and maybe even an r/s.
