Wow, e, I know you have been here a long time, but I really have difficulty with your thinking(and that's fine, we can differ).

Have you been through our "justice system" in your life, let alone for $Multi-Billions? It's slow as molasses on Pluto, full of delays, set up by attorneys, for their benefit! Sorry to the attorneys on the board, but that's how I see it and would argue that with anyone...really doubt anyone would argue!

Do you believe Emil/the Board is dragging this out???? They are older and have much at stake...they are aligned with shareholders! What would you propose they do? VirnetX has a judgement and hasn't seen anything yet. They started years before us...

There is no pressuring or forcing the issue, as long as the defendants chose to fight!

Patience is necessary...hope you have it. 100 to one, 300 to one payoffs do not come along very often and take time!
