Cannot wait to go out and buy a potential pipeline.

Of those companies mentioned in your post, it is almost as though the buyers are so laden with cash, to them it is like buying a lotto ticket.
As pointed out in your post N2K, many of those purchases do not pan out for one reason or another. And still other acquisitions just continue to burn cash.

The ADF technology is pretty much in demand right now. Once SequestOx is green lighted it will be off to the races trying to keep up with demand.

The other technology, a partnership, between Elite and SunGen will have its own market for any solid dose form. We have seen the BE trials for two such drugs and both met top line results. One of these drugs is now a submitted ANDA. The other is in the queue waiting for its ANDA submission.

As one can see from your posting, there are quite a few miffs by big pharma when it comes to buying promising companies and their pipelines.
Elite will not be one of those mistakes. NH knows this, and so do savvy Elite share holders.
