If Phase 2a’s primary endpoint was tumor response and Leo discontinued the trial due to futility, then I would agree the IV regimen didn’t work. But that wasn’t the case. Phase 2a achieved its primary endpoint and the next step should be a Phase 1 bridge study for the oral formulation.
