I don't think he's stupid at all but it's frustrating that he finagled himself into being CEO of this co. in 2014, paid handsomely for it and the IP for BakedAmerican.com, from a co. he was part owner of, Healthgnostics; which is in the cross-section of cannabis & blockchain pay, based on rumors and a leaked email that CEO Grofe confirmed was real in content but not supposed to be released publicly by some 3rd party, that he's working on his own PR's and 8K's to come...

just read my posts, lotsa DD/ history there, if not exactly clarity.
Decide for yourself if he's stupid, lazy (I don't think so), worn out by Rave Dancing (he has quite a Social Media and MSM profile as "rave pops," -- I don't think so), taking a tax loss -- but then why hire a new CPA firm, see the Sept. 2017 8K, and promise me they're updating fin's etc. -- via phone, which is private, he'll post a new public phone I suppose once he's at that point of revving up the company again, "moving it forward" he put it -- he gets the company emails --and post his status on LinkedIn as CEO of Stragenics just since last March...

All these things add up to something's brewing, if U ask me...
