Mmm-hmm. ARCA did the same on PAVC during the rally. At that time, I believe a suggestion was offered that ARCA was possibly helping Ameritrade fix their little 2.8 billion share re-org "mistake."

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
