piece of information but will comment, good find!

With the teamwork help from Moneycane, John Walsh is
a member of the board of directors for the Georgia
Chamber of Commerce, and is associated with the
Scientific Games company by Moneycane's research.

A suggestive connection is the CSHD "Point, Click & Dream"
spinoff company. This _might_ be a brainchild of Walsh.

I am working on verifying Walsh of Sci Games is the
Walsh of CSHD.

Based on the "Arkansas Timber Commodity" of bban fame,
based on prior activities by Harris, Stanley and Walsh,
based on these lottery gaming connections, I am strongly
leaning towards this is the same John Walsh, again
spinning anew an old trick with which he is familiar.
