Yes sir. So IMO two things can happen here:

1. Either they announce Robert Ritondo (AWON majority owner) as the new CEO and bring in Richard Pucci as part of management, or

2. Reverse Merge with Active Laboratories inc. which would make the utmost sense in this case because they have actual products and are not publicly traded
