Frank, I do not know how many shares you have.. but I do not think your personal vote will matter except if your holdings millions of shares.

The fact that you vote, or vote in favour or against won't impact your conversionm which will be mandatory if the YES is the outcome, as expected.

I would say that you can just relax and wait.
