If Rufus offers a dividend, shareholders should hope he offers a CASH dividend, cause as of today's date, bban shareholders are still unable to touch that dividend that Rufus gave them (it was restricted for one year, and when came time to lift the restriction , no one paid the TA to have the restriction lifted...everyone pointed fingers instead). The dilution from the dividend was appreciated i'm sure...
