BTW - I agree with Ash on markets falling. Rates will have to increase faster at some point to fight inflation. Tons of people will try to move to safer investments like bonds once those rates move up a little. I was discussing this with a financial advisor last week.

The only thing I think different is it will be a lot harsher fall than most think IMO. A number of reasons it will be worse with
#1 being bigger numbers freaking people out 5% of 25k will feel a lot bigger than the last fall of 5% from 13k.
#2 A lot of new investors that have never seen a big fall may capitulate.
#3 the political BS going on may flare up and put people on edge.
