Float is extremely tight, explains the low volume. Not many wants to part with their shares. Any buying pressure could make the PPS go parabolic.

I am holding my stash with both hands, not letting them go. It's too risky to flip. If everything comes to fruition, one cent here, one cent there will not make any difference at the end.
