Absolutely and from speaking to management they're looking to acquire without having a ton of costs associated with it.

So in reality they can easily acquire a similar business and get up and running with very little costs.

This means they can actually replicate their 20.1M+ model per location much faster.

The other thing to think about is Progressive Care being bought themselves.

I believe there are several parties looking at the company in this sense.

They look at RXMD as a huge disruptor and competitor. So we very well may get a nice premium from being bought before they even expand.

These are really exciting times for the company.

We've went through the growing pains and now it's time to reap all of the hard work they've put in.
