Perfect explanation. I agree with your assessment of the structure of what will occur in the merger.

I even like the numbers you have come up with. However, I am more bullish on the percentage “we” current shareholders will own. I think it will be in the 10-15% range, meaning a $10-$15 per share value after the merger.
