I think people are forgetting that nasdaq is building their website? Pretty certain nasdaq wouldn’t give them the time of day if they weren’t going through with this. There is zero benefit going ipo over r/m as long as the shell company is clean. They save millions of dollars and speed the process up from 6-12 months to 1-3 months. They have the LNG convention they’re attending in Houston in March. Not to mention top quality personnel to process the filings of the merger. People can try and put forth a doom and gloom scenario on this but my eyes are on the prize.
