If Steve King and Carlton in some wild scenario end up with the IP, would you invest again with them?

Invest again? Why you don't understand it looks like because I am invested already so no need to invest again : )

Renegade Roger Lias on the other hand ....IF not protecting shareholders and being reminded of Fiduciary Duties that he certainly is aware about ....would have many invested in a lawsuit against him which is very likely,going to expose puzzle piece after puzzle piece which some have never been told on here

Maybe that is why the old BODs were targeted ....because they would not sell out cheap so some scheme was thought up, scapegoats were found to offer up 75,000 shares, a nice package , a reward of CDMO with built in revenue streams.....etc etc but what may have been hinted at in return? A residual value deal possibly.....

You can't make this stuff up ...let's get Bernhard Hampl in an interview and ask some tough questions
