I would think the capital raise, with any form of equity, would come after some revenue announcements. Then they can also look at some form of debt. When we have major shareholders aligned with us, they won't be looking for much dilution of their own holdings.

$30 million raise for an additional $70M run rate in EBITDA, pretty easy analysis.
