False....obviously the outstanding shares number is greater than three current number. VOLUME is low comparable to the amount of tradeable share, if you calculate the percentage traded in comparison to the float and outstanding shares, you will get the actual number of tradeable shares. They need more buyers, that's all. It will hover between .019 to .03 until then
