There were tons of reason to buy at .0007. This stock only goes up when a news release comes out. 2017 had hardly any news so it had to be coming soon. And with technical indicators showing a buy signal at 52 week low and at a resistence level, it was a perfect time to buy when under .001. Don't need insider trading to know that.
