Midam only illegally sold about 1 Million Shrs during a day or two last February 2017. This small amount was out of the 23M Total Shrs that Midam had been issued. Which they have sold a Total of about 9 Million Legally as of that time .

Those 1M Shrs were most likely a Fat Fingered Mistake or Accident. Or some kind of Miss-Communication. But most likely NOT the fabricated deliberate act of treason that some try to make it out to be ... LOL !!!

Although you really can't blame Midam for wanting to sell their Shrs, whether Legally or Not, this is still not a reason for This Company's continued downward demise .

Keep in mind that there were Hundreds Of Millions Of Shrs sold prior, since Mid-2016, by Common Investors wanting to get out due to the Continued Negative Income and growing signs of Topping-Out, leading to an Impending Contraction .

If This Was Any Other Company With A Product That People Actually Wanted To Buy, Instead Of Just Being A "Sorting / Packaging & Shipping Service", This Year Would Already Be Heading Towards A $5M Profit .

But Instead There Is Nothing. It Is Obviously The Wrong Business To Be In, And Should Have Never Gone Public In The First Place. Their Is No Thrill And Nowhere To Go But Down. There Will Never Be Any Financial Growth. And There Will Never Be Any Profit Worth Mentioning ... If Ever At All .

The Company Apparently Has No Choice But To Instead Substitute The Idea Of Growth With Alternative Story-Lines, Just To Give The Illusion Of Growth .

Things Like The Idea Of A Simple Up-Grade Within The OTC Was Always Trying To Be Confused With Growth, Only Because There Is No Growth. And Any Small Local Annex Expansion Will Just Be More Of The Same, And Most Likely Even Worse .

It Looks Like The Company Needs To Press Substitute Story-Lines In Order To Confuse Certain Actions As Being Something They Are Not. These Are All Nothing More Than Fake Intentions And Fake Catalysts, To Give A False Impression Of Something That Will Never Happen. It's Just A "Mickey-Mouse" Game Of Survival .

There Is No "Real" Company Here. The Business Model Is Proven To Be A Failure. Everything Else Is Just Cheap Talk. This Company Has A Limited To No Chance Of Any Growth Or Survival Whatsoever. It Is Simply The Wrong Business To Be In For Any Public Company. And There Is Quite Possibly No Plan Or Strategy That Will Ever Exist To Be Able To Fix It .
