I hope you understand that Delfin will lose as well. Their share value is over $50 million right now, if the rm fails, they would be worth almost nothing. On top of this, they may not be able to use NOLS too.

And if the rm happens, what would be value of the 321 million shares? Should I say possibly billions $$.

If the RM fails and DElfin takes another route of finance than a lot of folks will lose their shirts here .
