They said they purchased TGLO to hedge their bets. That tells me they are still trying to find other funding. So there is always the possibility Delfin comes out and says we have come to a an agreement with company (X) that will provide funding for the project at (X%) of the project. I hope not but it is just as much of a possibility as the RM going thru. They need money. Depends where they have to get it from. Enough to retire if this does what it should. But need to keep it real too.
