Phase 2a tells me that Prurisol didn’t fail completely in the 200 mg arm, meaning no patient achieved >= 2-point IGA reduction. In fact, P worked in 7 out of 20 patients and that gave IPIX reason to proceed to Phase 2b with higher dosages.
