Well, PTAH has been a scam since inception so that is plausible as well.

Add another culpable party to the fraud.

I was a mod here years ago trying to add some balance to the rampant fraud and non disclosing promotion going on then so none of this is new hat to me.

Operation Expel a Shell by the SEC years ago was a complete joke. These zombie tickers remain ripe as vessels for mass fraud, such as has occurred with the same group of perps over a dozen zombie tickers recently.
