But that is one of the strange things about all this. They made it all sound like a prototype app was going to be all ready to go by the 15-16 of Jan. They even tweeted a few days before this

that built components of the #KlickZie platform are now in the assembly phase!

If they had actually intended to release the prototype on those dates and they were tweeting about how pleased they were to tell us about built components and assembly phases then what is going on now? Even without the SEC issues we should at least of had a prototype app by now. I really wouldn't be surprised if the SEC and disgruntled investors are their only worries at the moment.
