"OR to update with new and more information." - No, I just explained why. You don't shut down the servers to update the site. And you generally leave the old site running, then simply upload the new one.

I am a webmaster. I know about such things. See my previous post for additional explanations.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
