So Henry Jan is on the SEC regulator's radar.

The SEC’s investigation was conducted by Burk Burnett and Scott A. Thompson and supervised by Kelly L. Gibson and G. Jeffrey Boujoukos.

Burnett, Thompson, Gibson and Boujoukos are all from the Philadelphia Regional Office.

Anybody wanting to contact the SEC for any reason regarding WPFH and Henry Jan can probably try reaching one of the investigators in the SKTO case at the Philadelphia Regional Office
