SPDR S&P 500 (SPY)

Seems like "short guts" (haven't seen any "long guts" yet) style option trading.
You can google this style because it looks to work well (and sometimes very well) on stocks that have good price fluctuations - not dead in the water 6-8 cent up then 10-12 cents down , then 14-18 cents the other way.... watch them too. Also taking profit fast works well too.
Play money/practice this withe some stocks...but waiting too long seems to eat at premium too fast.
