Lock-Up Agreement
On January 25, 2018, Terra Tech Corp. (the “Company”) entered into a Lock-Up Agreement with Michael Nahass, the Company’s President, Chief Operating Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, pursuant to which Mr. Nahass agreed, subject to certain exceptions, not to sell any shares of the Company’s common stock for a period of one year from the date of the Lock-Up Agreement.
