Agreed.

From my perspective, on claims of it being fake, such a thing is just so illegal (and so easy to track) that I have a hard time believing someone would front load before publishing a fake PR, risking years behind bars.

It’s much easier for people to cast doubt and spread fear by claiming a PR is fake than it is to actually pull off a front load stunt and send a fake PR.

Not saying it’s impossible, but when there’s no accountability for people who claim it’s fake (while there is accountability for businesses that send PR’s), odds are those who claim it’s fake are full of hot air — after all, they have nothing to lose and are not held accountable. Time will tell.
