As I continue to think about it, TM is probably waiting for an offer. The company appears to have a solid position in shipboard diagnostics, and at least some sort of toehold in commercial applications, yet they are reluctant to promote the company via any of the standard methods (press releases, roadshows, investor day, regular updates, annual meetings) while continuing to get their name in trade-related publications.

One would logically think that raising public awareness would increase the market value of the company, thus benefiting all shareholders, but then again, I have been told it is dangerous to guess what CEO's might be thinking.

I have tuition to pay for and probably will not remain a shareholder much longer.
