You've already admitted that investing in these types of stocks is new to you when you admitted to "learning your lesson".. booking your loss as you put it is imo selling low in this situation.. which is another rookie mistake ..
Finally letting emotions get in the way (your clear anger towards management) is just compounding your mistake.. and imo clouding your judgement.
