Exactly, if Long Side never honored their side of the deal then why didn't NTEK defend itself to the courts. A few thousand bucks to an attorney would be way better than paying a 2 million dollar settlement. David Foley is a pathelogical liar and a narcissist and any long investor should see through his bullshit. Lol, this scam is soooooo easy to pick apart.
