In addition to letters and sending info to people who don't care we need to formalize our communication to our leaders (through a law firm) to let them know we are watching and holding them accountable to have the IP evaluated.

If we can't get fair value for it then it should not be sold. We also need a commitment that it will be defended if infringed upon.
