The 21 million loan is the biggest joke of all. NTEK doesn't pay it's debts and is being sued or has already lost lawsuits with 3 debtors. Now David Foley wants his share holders to sit quietly and smile as (possibly a new shell created by Foley)Bridgeport loans 21 million to NTEK while NTEK has judgements against them for non payment of the settlement NTEK agreed to. It's funny how NTEK couldn't "AFFORD" to payback it's debts but the Foley crime family sure got paid to the tune of 30 million shares a month on average through Royal Capital and Lisa Foley. That's not even including karate ice sculpting Jeffs share compensation.
