.355 x 1.2317 = .4372535 so you times the ETE Value by 1.2317 to get the USD amount - what are you stating is inaccurate. just buy NBGGY and keep them until March 13 and convert to NBGIF- Very Simple and get ready to pa .04 cents for each converted share or just cash out. and buy NBGIF or ETE through Fidelity.
