JBM's a/k/a surfacing as an author may account for why we did not see him since AACR2017 maybe longer ago than that...SITC 2016.

The book makes a good marketing tool...a collection of the trials, both pre-clinical as well as clinical. I think Dover Press has been around since my graduate school days...I can remember soft-cover texts.

I like the idea of a "Sunrise" history also in preparation...we may see a detailed history the likes of which we have not seen before, confidential disclosure agreements permitting.
