DW - Have a guess on when REITs are going to break down? They have been the strongest of any index since 1999. Large double-digit returns for the past 7 years, with exception of 2002 when it had a single digit positive year.

Jan 4 - We have transitioned into a bear market. Completely different rules apply.
May 23 - IMO, any price at/above this close makes a great Nasdaq/SP500 short.
