I seem to recall that David Foley denied in a Court document that there was any relationship between NTEK and Royal Capital.

Or, to be precise, he stated that since Royal Capital was not mentioned as a Related Entity in NTEK financial filings, therefore it wasn't.

NTEK would never lie in a financial filing, would it ever ?

In other news, NTEK acknowledges that 2017 was a particularly bad year, and that all the money poured into NTGL was somehow lost.
