There is no way for any individual investors to short-sell a OTC stock! As of 01/15/2018 only 7,700 shares of AFTC were shorted by some manipulating market maker! Shorting at 0.0002 ~ 0.0003 will lead to 10000% ~ 100% Giant Losses very easily!
