MMs short intra-day sometimes to process orders, but close positions a minute later, so 0 shorts at EOD. The daily "volume" number is meaningless and often misunderstood.

Who cares if MMs were short 1 million share between 1:03 pm and 1:04 pm ? 0 short at 1:05 pm.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
